Spur - Feature & Improvement Requests

Currently, our workflow system does not support the inclusion of carousel templates. Adding this feature will enhance the flexibility and engagement of our automated chat flows. Feature Request: Enable the integration of carousel templates within the workflow builder. Benefits: Enhanced User Engagement: Carousel templates provide a visually appealing way to display multiple products or options, increasing user interaction. Improved Customization: Allows brands to showcase a variety of products or messages in a single flow, making the automation more dynamic and informative. Current System: Currently, Spur accounts may be limited to a single WhatsApp number connection. Suggested Feature: Introduce the option for Growth and Business plan users to connect multiple phone numbers for WhatsApp to their single Spur account. Spur has a Return Prime Integration, but it can only be used within an automation flow when customer messages and inquires about the return stauts, etc We need to implement triggers for Return Prime which will trigger an automation flow and convey information to the customer when something happens from Return Prime.

Current System: Automated texts are not currently customizable based on specific operating hours, potentially leading to messages being sent outside of desired time frames. Suggested Feature: Implement a feature that allows automated texts to be sent only during specified hours, such as 7 PM to 10 AM. Sometimes agents open a chat by mistake and they want to reply to that later. So they need an option to revert it back to an unread chat, which will make it easier to prioritize later on. Requested by Tapee

Add a new block in Spur's Automation Flows that allows for the dynamic creation of coupon codes based on specified discount amounts or percentages. These generated codes should be savable in Spur Tables and usable as variables in automated messages. If a user refreshes the template page in the middle of creating a template, the template should be saved as a draft so that the user can continue from where he left and not waste extra time to begin everything again. Requested by : jhakhas.com
