A way to not send the flow to repeat customers

The WhatsApp review flow is currently sent to all customers who place an order. Some brands don't want to collect reviews from the same customer multiple times, so there should be a way to either exit the flow or check in a condition whether the customer has placed an order before or not.
Ideally, present a variable which shows the number of orders of a customer, show in a condition block the orders > 2, then exit the flow if that is there
