Background/Context:
Currently, the system only supports one language for marketing messages, limiting the ability to cater to customers who communicate in different languages. For example, if a customer prefers Arabic, there is no automated way to ensure marketing messages are sent in their preferred language. This creates challenges in providing personalized communication.
Request Details:
• Add support for multiple languages in the system, starting with English and Arabic.
• Allow users to select their preferred language in their profile (e.g., Arabic or English).
• Automatically send marketing messages in the preferred language of the user:
• If the user chooses Arabic, messages should be sent in Arabic.
• If the user chooses English, messages should be sent in English.
• Ensure smooth integration of the language selection feature into the existing user profiles.
Use Case/Benefit:
This feature will improve user experience by enabling personalized communication based on customer preferences. It will allow businesses to:
• Build stronger customer relationships through culturally appropriate communication.
