In both Broadcasts and Shared Inbox, if you try searching for a number that's not in your contacts, it should give you the option to quickly add contact.

Or what we can do is, in the empty state write something like -
"No contact found, go to Contacts to add a new contact"
And then open the contacts page in a new tab.

Royal Tomar: Nope. Not ideal. Little things like these should not break people's flow.
Alternatively, we can add a "Start Chat" button to Shared Inbox that allows you to message any WA number. BOB has that.
Wouldn't fix broadcast wali cheeze though.
