Yes, if we can get notifications on time then we can reply to the customers instantly when they are in the mood to purchase the product. Replied to one customer right after 2 minutes and solved her query, and converted that to sale. But couldn’t reply to two customers within 2 hours and then they didn’t reply back to the message, so lead dropped off. Since it’s a high end value product, customers tend to have question before purchasing and then the best we can do is to answer them instantly to convert into sale. Please solve this issue asap, we are losing sales because of this.
