You can segment people who you have messaged, but segmenting the people who have messaged you is not currently possible.

"Export leads data at all places like customer cocontactntacts data, different segments data, analytics data, etc as a CSV file. It should also contain data of whom these leads were assigned on shared chat in a column for better clarity of database."

I am using a Spur automation flow to collect customer data and enrol them in my restaurant chain's loyalty program. The loyalty program is running via an integration of my POS and CRM softwares across multiple locations. When I onboard new guests to the loyalty program via Spur, I have to add the same guests to the POS and CRM softwares. This is only possible via CSV File Export. Please Help
