Export Reports for Customer Communication

Implement a feature that allows users to export detailed reports containing key communication metrics. This report should include the following data:
1 - Customer name
2 - Chat initiation date and time
3 - Agent response date and time
4 - Calculated field to measure response time
5 - Flow that was executed on the communication
6 - Agent name that was assigned to the ticket
7 - Current status of the ticket.
