Current System: Currently, customer messages across Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp may be handled manually or through basic automation that does not learn over time or assess the relevance of its responses.
Suggested Feature: Introduce a conversational AI (ChatGPT) capable of handling customer messages across IG, FB, and WA. This AI would:
- Learn from every conversation to improve its responses over time.
- Utilize a confidence score to assess its ability to provide accurate answers. If confident, it will respond; if not, it will offer to connect the customer with human support.
- Allow customers to provide feedback on the helpfulness of its answers, using this feedback for further training.
- Enable brands to upload a knowledge base in the form of PDFs or manually input FAQs for AI training, enhancing its ability to provide relevant and accurate responses.
- Inform the brand and assign an agent if the AI's response is deemed unsatisfactory by the customer, ensuring no query goes unresolved.
