This would enable businesses like Auli Lifestyle to manage customer expectations and interactions more effectively, ensuring messages are received during the intended time window.

A global setting where a brand can set working and non working hours. Any query/message received from customers can be replied with a "our team is offline, we will reply at 10am tomorrow morning" would help a lot ensuring customers are aware their message will be looked at.
