ability to send and select quick replies after typing '/' in the chatbox

typing '/' in the chat shows quick replies to select from and send in zoko,io, a customer mentioned they want this feature here as well and i can think it'll be helpful as well instead of tapping on '+' then selecting quick replies from there.
