Lets say we build that, exactly in what format do our customers want the data?

Since this is chat, so it can't be a simple CSV, since if each row is a contact, where will we show the messages? They'll be too big to just fit into one column, it'll be a mess.

Even intercom does not give the chat data, only the conversation titles and customer email info, that's it.

Looked up the same for crisp and other tools, same, it does not have any export
