If any customer want to know about their orders then we should not ask customers to enter their Order number as they won't be knowing it. Instead we can provide with the recent order details to choose and we can fetch directly from Platform

We can ask for the contact number what they have provided for their order. We can then connect user's ig or fb account and fetch all their order.
